As from June 1st, 2017 salaries’ payment to the private sector employees will be made exclusively to their bank accounts, through employers’ corporate Bank account, under any available way, including electronic payment or payments service providers. The employer who violates these provisions is subject to sanctions by the Labor Inspectorate.
